Ava & Peter’s wedding was a beautiful and full of thoughtful details celebration. We started our day in a hotel in Bellevue and then drove to Washington Park Arboretum for the bride & groom and wedding party portraits. I love photographing at the Arboretum, it looks stunning pretty much all year round and is always full of dreamy backdrops for photos! Photographing those two stunners was a blast, they were very comfortable in front of the camera and we got lots of amazing photographs together! I honestly had troubles picking photos for this blog post because I just love all of them! After we were done with all the portraits, we made our way to St. Demetrios Orthodox Church where the ceremony was happening.
Four hundred people gathered to witness Ava & Peter’s ceremony and join them for the celebration. It was a beautiful thing to be a part of and I absolutely loved how organically they combined two different cultures by also having traditional Vietnamese dresses for their reception.
I want to thank Ava & Peter again for making me a part of their special day. They are some of the kindest and loving people that I have ever met and it was an absolute honor to capture their wedding day, that I know, is just the beginning of their long and happy journey!
