I always love weddings at wineries. Even though I obviously don’t drink at work, it still does the soul some good to be around great wine, right? But you know how most wineries have an almost vintage, rustic feel? Well, this one wasn’t anything like that.

I’d say it was the polar opposite: modern, with lots of cement and glass and even some wood accents. It was really, really cool to see!

But cool as that venue was, what really made this day special was the happy couple. Sally and Nick were seriously the kindest and sweetest people! Their wedding was an intimate, joyful celebration.

Here are a few of my favorite moments from their big day.

1. Sally’s first look with her dad. It was so emotional and beautiful. I had tears in my eyes!
2. The couple’s first look at each other. Again, so sweet. They both cried their eyes out and shared a hug that never seemed to end. It was so touching. He just wrapped her in his arms and wouldn’t let go.
3. The short, sweet ceremony. They exchanged meaningful words, cried a bit, and laughed a lot!

 

I’m beyond grateful for being a part of this amazing wedding. I believe in strong relationships and I’m sure Sally and Nick’s will only continue to grow from here.
